It came as a terrible shock when every attempt I made to create success and happiness fell apart. “The Dark Night of the Soul” happened to me and it will more than likely at some point in your life happen to you. It will happen because you do not know who you really are and you do not understand the meaning of your life.
Self-discovery can be an easy process when we have been given a safe and nurturing environment to grow in. However, most of us have endured many levels of pain by way of physical abuse and/or through emotional rejection and abandonment. It takes courage to heal and to boldly question any and all of the societal norms, family values, and religious ideologies that have been passed on in the early stages of life. All of us will have an opportunity at some point in our lives to dismantle our unhealthy thoughts and beliefs about ourselves and the world around us, but not all of us will find the motivation and tools to seek a greater cause and to heal our wounded and worried minds.
“Freedom is letting go of fear and of everything you fear losing.”
I have made it my intention to help others who are seeking, find answers, and to counsel them in establishing a more balanced physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual relationship with themselves, those whom they are in relationship with, and with Spirit itself. I have learned the art of hypnotherapy, body, breath, and energy work in order to help my clients release old traumas and refill with peace. It is my journey to be of service to those in need.
It is my soul’s purpose to help others discover their passions, identify their own beliefs, speak their voice, and illuminate an authentic portrayal of who they really are, to the rest of the world.
“If you bring forth what is within you,
what you bring forth will save you.
If you do not bring forth what is within you
what you do not bring forth will destroy you.”
